How to Submit a Listing
Follow the steps below to make sure your listing is built right and seen by the right people.
Creating a listing on Mid Western Spirit is designed to be straightforward—but choosing the right category is the most important step in the process. Each category unlocks specific questions tailored to that type of business, service, or event, ensuring your listing displays the correct fields and appears on the appropriate category page. Step 1: Create or Log Into Your Account
- Click Add Listing or Submit a Listing
- Log in to your account
– If you don’t have one yet, create a free account using your email address
Step 2: Choose the Correct Category
- Select the category that best fits your listing
(for example: Trainer, Breeder, Event, Transport, Tack & Gear, Property Services) - Choose carefully — this determines where your listing appears on the site
Step 3: Enter Your Listing Details
Fill in the required fields:
- Listing Title (Business name, event name, or service name)
- Description
Include what you offer, who you serve, and what makes you unique - Location (if applicable)
- Contact Information (email, phone, or website)
Optional fields may include:
- Disciplines or focus areas
- Services offered
- Event dates or availability
- Social media links
Step 4: Upload Images (Optional but Recommended)
- Add a logo, barn photo, event flyer, or action photo
- Listings with images get more views and engagement
Step 5: Review and Submit
- Double-check your information for accuracy
- Click Submit Listing
- Your listing will be reviewed and published once approved
You’ll receive a confirmation email when your listing is live.
